Market Rules

This event predicts whether Silas Malafaia will be formally arrested at any time between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. For this market, arrest means formal custodial detention ordered by a competent Brazilian judicial authority. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be official records or announcements from Brazilian courts or law enforcement authorities.

If Silas Malafaia is formally placed under custodial detention during this period, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". Investigations, indictments, or questioning without detention will not count. If official records are ambiguous, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from major Brazilian news organizations. Resolution will reflect substantive arrest, not legal proceedings short of detention. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
