Will any World Cup match in Mexico be relocated, canceled or adjourned?

Market Rules

This market predicts whether any official 2026 FIFA World Cup match scheduled to be played in Mexico will be relocated away from Mexico, canceled, or adjourned before reaching a completed official result. For this market, “in Mexico” means any World Cup match officially scheduled (as of March 17, 2026) at a Mexican host stadium. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be official match status information published by FIFA, including match reports, competition pages, and official tournament communications.

If any World Cup match scheduled to be played in Mexico is officially relocated away from Mexico, canceled, abandoned, postponed after kickoff, or otherwise adjourned without being completed as an official result on the originally scheduled matchday, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A temporary interruption or delay during a match will not count if the match is resumed and completed with an official result on the same scheduled matchday.

Matches that were originally scheduled to take place in Mexico (as of March 17, 2026) but were relocated (after March 17, 2026) away from Mexico before kickoff will count as "Yes".

If FIFA’s official records are unavailable or unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from credible international sports news organizations citing official FIFA or local organizing authority information. Resolution will reflect the substantive match-status outcome, not minor terminology differences. If no fair determination can be made from public sources, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
