Will Romeu Zema become the official presidential nominee for Partido Novo in Brazil’s 2026 election?
Market Rules
This market will resolve to "Yes" if Romeu Zema is officially registered as the presidential candidate of the political party Partido Novo with endorsement and confirmation submitted to the Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), Brazil’s Superior Electoral Court, before the deadline to submit presidential tickets for the 2026 national elections. Pre-candidatures, public speculation, internal party declarations without TSE registration, or media reports without official TSE confirmation are insufficient to resolve this market to "Yes". The market will resolve to "No" if Zema is not officially registered as the nominee with the TSE for the 2026 presidential election.
Primary Designated Source (PDS): the official candidate registry and announcements from the Tribunal Superior Eleitoral and official publications of Partido Novo. Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM): If the PDS is unavailable, Futuur may rely on consistent reporting from at least two reputable Brazilian national news organizations confirming the official candidacy. Resolution will follow the substantive outcome—whether Zema is officially registered as the nominee—, not minor technicalities in presentation. If uncertainty persists, Futuur may delay resolution or void the market to ensure fairness.
