Market Rules

This event predicts whether Richard Teng will remain in office as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Binance through December 31, 2026. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be official announcements by Binance or statements from authorized Binance representatives confirming the CEO position.

If Richard Teng officially remains CEO of Binance through the end of December 31, 2026, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If, on or before December 31, 2026, Teng or Binance announces that he will step down as CEO (even if the effective departure occurs later), this will be sufficient for a "No" resolution. Temporary absences due to health or other reasons will not affect resolution as long as he officially retains the CEO position. If official announcements are unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from major cryptocurrency or financial news organizations. Resolution will reflect substantive holding of the CEO position, not temporary absences. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
