B3 circuit breaker in 2026?

Market Rules

This event predicts whether a market-wide circuit breaker will be triggered on B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange) at any time between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (inclusive). The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be official B3 announcements confirming the activation of a market-wide circuit breaker.

If B3 triggers at least one market-wide circuit breaker during this period, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". Trading halts unrelated to market-wide price drop thresholds will not count. If official B3 communications are unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from major Brazilian financial news organizations. Resolution will reflect the substantive triggering of a market-wide circuit breaker, not isolated trading interruptions. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
