Will X (Twitter) announce an IPO in 2026?

Market Rules

This event predicts whether xAI Holdings Corp – the parent entity for both xAI and X (formerly Twitter) – will publicly announce plans for an initial public offering (IPO) at any time between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (inclusive). For this market, an IPO announcement means an official statement indicating an intention to list shares on a public stock exchange. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be official announcements from xAI Holdings Corp or filings/announcements by a relevant stock exchange.

If xAI Holdings Corp or a recognized stock exchange announces an IPO plan for xAI Holdings Corp within this period, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". Approval of regulatory frameworks or rules related to IPOs, without an announcement specific to xAI Holdings Corp, will not count. If official announcements are ambiguous, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from major financial news organizations. Resolution will reflect the substantive announcement of an IPO plan, not preparatory regulatory actions. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
